My name is Christian Kent, I am a twenty two year old artist. Originally from Western New York, I’m currently continuing my education and studio practice in Brooklyn, NY.
Starting my college experience as a fashion student and then shortly after transferring to art school after the first semester.
I am interested in using technical conscious intuition to refine trained subconscious visual information and gesture to create surreal compositions. This allows the commencement of my work to be dependent on chance, forcing me to react to change in my process of art making.
