OBE is the visual translation of an incomprehensible experience triggered by traumatic events endured by artist Michael Constantine. During this astral experience, Constantine heard, saw, and felt things we could not comprehend as our earthly selves. Feelings described as being everywhere and nowhere, everything but nothing, infinite yet minute; a paradoxical existence that only made sense in this celestial state. Upon returning to his body, Constantine expresses inner turmoil and delusions by blending the realism with abstractions that morph our terrestrial bodies into a celestial experience.
